The “PagePlayer” app of the textbook publisher Cornelsen uses augmented reality technology in order to digitally expand the book series “Simply Business”, “Panorama” and several others. With the help of the app learners can scan individual pages of the textbooks. The app then superimposes digital additional content such as audio or videos directly on the book page. If a new textbook appears in the series it is sufficient to scan the book cover in order to add the publication to your own library and be able to access the content. The stored content can be individually updated at any time using a user-friendly TYPO3-CMS.
