Founders award for KIDS interactive
KIDS interactive is very happy. The Erfurt-based children’s media specialist was awarded the “Special prize for successful young entrepreneurs” among the competition in this year’s Thuringia Founders Award.
Economics minister Matthias Machnig:
“The
award “successful young entrepreneur” will be awarded for the first time this
year. Therefore, it is all the more gratifying that already this year several
high-quality applications were submitted. The Thuringian Ministry of Economy,
Labour and Technology has therefore decided to award a special prize. With this
special prize we honour a company which understands in an exemplary manner how
to make Thuringia known throughout Germany as a children’s media location.
The interactive educational and gaming applications which the company develops
are distributed by the market leaders among the publishers of textbooks and
modern educational media (Klett, Cornelsen and Westermann). The company’s
productions are shown on ZDF and the children’s channel. The Company is valued
by the Fraunhofer Institute, the Bauhaus University Weimar and the children’s
media course of studies of the University of Erfurt as an innovative
collaborative partner.”
